Schools enter data about students, guardians and staff. The school controls this data and decides who can access it. We process it only to provide the service.
When you contact us or start a trial we collect your name, email, phone and school details to reply and set up your account.
To provide and support the service, send service messages and bill subscriptions. We do not sell personal data.
A school can export its data at any time. When a subscription ends, school data is deleted after a reasonable period unless the law requires otherwise.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to info@alwird.institute.
