Add one student

Where to find itStudents Admission

1. Choose the class section and the admission date.
2. Enter the student details: first name, last name, gender and date of birth. The admission number is filled in automatically.
3. In the guardian part, enter the guardian's email first.
4. If the email already exists, Wird links the student to that guardian. If it is new, enter the guardian's name, mobile and gender to create the account.
5. Save.

Where to find itAdd Bulk Data

1. Choose the class section.
2. Download the sample file and fill one row per student, including the guardian email.
3. Upload the file. Rows with errors are shown so you can fix them and upload again.

After admission

• Roll Number: generate roll numbers for each section, for example in alphabetical order.
• Guardian: view and edit guardian details, or see which children are linked to each guardian.
• Admission Inquiries: requests sent from your school's website form appear here, so you can accept them as students.
• Transfer Student and Promote Student: move students between sections, or to the next class at the end of the year.
